Upcoming Concerts of Collaborative Project with Latvian composer
The Angelo Piano Duo is currently working on a collaborative project with the Latvian composer Egils Straume. The performance project will feature Straume's works in two concerts (September 29 at the Napa Valley Opera House and September 30 at the San Francisco Conservatory of Music.) The program will include a world premiere and several American premieres. The Angelo Duo will join with woodwind artist Dick Mathias to perform two works: "In Memoriam" for piano duo and alto sax and a work for recorder and piano duo, which will be an American premiere.
